2. Can we get waiver for additional pages for our paper?

Depending on the length of the accepted paper (after review), extra page charge will be waived up to 4 pages. However, it will be counted as a grant to the author and a reply to the concerned author will be sent.

4. If I am not using the ONLINE payment system, how can I pay and register?

Authors may also use the direct deposit or bank transfer to the Sonali Bank account and submit the image of the deposit slip with the final materials in the PROCONF system. In the deposit slip please write your Name and paper ID.

5. When will we receive the confirmation about our application to Travel Grant?

We are finalizing the list of travel grant winners. We received extremely high number of applications for travel grant. Amount of travel grant will be reimbursed during the conference after the paper presentation. At this moment it cannot be adjusted with the registration fees.

We have received unexpectedly large number of applications.

The winners of the Travel Grants have been already notified through their emails.

6. Can I change the author(add/delete) during my submission of Camera ready version

In order to add/delete an author, you need an approval from that author(s) and take permission from the conference committee. Please send an email to info@r10htc2017.com explaining the reason and including the approval from that author(s) [either a separate email of a signed letter from that author] and wait for the reply from the Conference Committee.

7. My paper has been accepted as Poster Presentation. What is the size of the poster?

You need to print A3 size poster. We can also help you to print the poster.
